Our 55+ Community is the area’s premier place for active adults. Our new Resort Style Clubhouse features a grand ballroom with concert staging, a dance floor and catering kitchen to host your large events. The clubhouse also features arts and crafts, ceramics and stained glass classes complete with a kiln. A Billiard room with four championship size tables, separate card room and well-equipped fitness center help you for you to stay fit and build new friendships. Our activity center includes a new resort-style pool and therapy spa, adjoining party pavilion, bandstand and dance floor. A mini-golf course, bocce ball and shuffleboard courts ensure you always have something fun to enjoy.

Pickleball
Part tennis, part badminton, part ping-pong, and tons of friendly fun. Singles or doubles this sport is sweeping the nation, and it’s no wonder, easy to start and tough to stop, you’ll be soon wake up every morning reaching for your paddle and hitting the courts, which won’t be a problem because we’ll have more courts than most other communities in our area. Opening in the Fall of 2021, our new pickleball center will feature 8 pickleball courts, with a shaded pavilion, 6 horseshoe pits, golf cart parking, pet park and rest rooms.
Swimming
Few things are more refreshing than a dip in the pool, whether you’re soaking up the sun-filled days, or taking part in the weekly aerobic classes, our crystal-clear blue water will be calling your name for an inviting dip.
Bocce Ball
From ancient game to garden party favorite, bocce, commonly known as Italian lawn bowling is a game of skill and simplicity, perfect for all ages, and laughs with friends. With 8 bocce ball courts, you’ll never run out of space to play this fun game.
Mini Golf
Naples Estates features a delightful 18-hole mini-golf course right in the middle of all the action. With its nautical theme, beautiful landscape and numerous seating areas, you’ll have a great place to hone your game, play with friends and listen to live music when bands are playing in the adjacent stage.
Shuffleboard
With 8 new shuffleboard courts, Naples Estates provides the perfect way to enjoy the outdoors, challenge your friends and get some low impact exercise. Think you can score the highest without falling off the board into the alley? Well now you’ll have every opportunity to show your friends your skill. Plenty of shaded seating areas also give you space to rest and share stories with your new friends.
Ceramics
Try a different kind of spin. Enjoy a fun and relaxing learning experience creating one of a kind stoneware pottery you make from scratch. All abilities are welcome, the only prerequisite, enthusiasm, and a desire to create.
Pet Parks
At Naples Estates, we know how important your furry friends are. That’s why we’ve created pet parks with agility equipment and plenty of ‘obstacles’ dogs enjoy helping them build muscle to stay healthy. We also have plenty of places to sit and rest while your dogs are playing.
Fiber Arts
Attention all you knitters, stitchers, and crocheters, we’re here to add a little more fiber to your life, with classes designed with your inner artist in mind. Learn from our skilled experts on how you can transform simple yarn into a work of art.

Naples Pier
Located 20 minutes east, Naples Municipal Beach & Fishing Pier is one of the most popular attractions in Naples, Florida and extends 1,000 feet into the Gulf of Mexico. Known for it’s magnificent sunset views, the pier offers shopping, concessions and fishing supplies. Fishing from the pier is available 24 hours a day. Pelicans, dolphins, stingrays and a variety of other sea life are frequent visitors giving you the opportunity to get a close up view of these amazing animals.
Stunning Beaches
Pristine beaches flank the pier with plenty of places to relax and take in the sunshine. The ten-mile long Municipal Beach features volleyball nets and conveniently offers a stand of child-size lifejackets available on loan at no charge. Simply borrow one, then return it at the end of your visit. What better way to spend time with the grandchildren.

Take a stroll along the streets and avenues of Historic Downtown Naples, FL where you’ll find more than 100 unique shops and boutiques, art galleries, theaters and fine restaurants tucked between historic buildings and beautiful courtyard gardens. Its pedestrian-friendly setting offers a dynamic shopping experience that is anchored by the 5th Avenue South and Third Street South districts.

From casual dinning to fine dinning, Naples has it all. A short 20 minute drive to the downtown area opens a variety of options from classic seafood, Asian fusion, Italian, Persian and, of course surf & turf. There are many species of fish to be caught year-round in the Gulf of Mexico. Springtime is great for Cobia, king and Spanish mackerel, amberjack, triggerfish, and a variety of snapper species. Numerous charter services are available for deep sea sport fishing and backwater fishing in the Nearmy Island.

The perfect place for visits with grandchildren, the Golisano Children’s Museum of Naples (C’mon’) is a 30,000 square foot cultural institution including interactive exhibits & galleries, Backyardville, a Family Resource Library, exploration rooms, Garden Café and Museum Store.
