“My wife and I have lived in Naples for 11 years. We owned are own villa but if you wanted to do anything you had to pay for it. We wanted a community where we could enjoy life! Where we lived rents ranged from $1800 to $2500 a month plus utilities and you had to pay taxes of $900 to $2200. HOA fees range from $200 to $300 a month witch you get grass cutting and basic cable, that is not working most of the time, then you have special assessments that can arise at anytime and must be paid. We decided it was time for a change. We went to most of the over 55 communities looking for a community to have fun! When we came to Naples Estates we walked into the office and it had a welcoming feeling! They explained everything to us and a time frame of completion. Now we know completion time frames are never what they say. In Construction there are always setbacks that are definitely not planned on. I can absolutely see this park being a Premier park like they say, but everything takes time especially if you want quality workmanship. The rent situation is you are getting what you are paying for, QUALITY! Sure other communities may be cheaper but they definitely don’t have the amenities Naples Estates is going to have. You can probably tell by now that we have purchased a home in Naples Estates and we couldn’t be happier! When this community is completed our values will only go up! In life unfortunately you can not please everyone, but you must decide if you want to be in an active community or you can just sit home and watch tv. We chose to be active! If you are looking for a community you can enjoy at a reasonable price, then we have done your homework for you Naples Estates, in our opinion, will be second to none and so far we are very happy we Made the move to Naples Estates! ”
