Where the Mountains Begin
Mountain Villa Estates is a beautiful, peaceful community for the active adult. Consisting of 185 homes and a large enclosed area for RV storage that is fully enclosed with a cyclone fence, locked from 8 PM to 8 AM. Our community center has a Laundromat, two pool tables and a fitness center. There is also a showering facility. On the community centers second floor, you'll find a fireplace, TV and VCR. A section of the upstairs is reserved for community functions. There is one pot luck a month and Pokeno once a week. Our community streets are well maintained, wide, and level - very nice for those who like to walk.

Just 45 miles from Seattle and 33 miles from Mount Rainier, Enumclaw has retained its small town character while benefiting from the growth of the surrounding region. Local attractions include Mount Rainier National park, King County Fairgrounds, Crystal Mountain Ski resort and Nolte State Park. There is an art gallery and golf course. Food markets, Shucks Auto Supply and a church are just blocks away.
