Located in Clackamas county on the southeast end of Portland, Riverbend is a family community offering a 3,800 square-foot community center with two full-size pool tables, darts, fitness center, library and large kitchen for your use. On the community grounds you'll enjoy a heated swimming pool, basketball court, clothing care facility and picnic tables with barbecue grills. There is a playground and woodland walking trail to the river. We have an active neighborhood watch program and a courtesy patrol for the community.

Riverbend is nestled along the scenic banks of the Clackamas River, famous for its drift boat fishing where rainbow trout, salmon and sturgeon run annually.

Riverbend is central to many attractions and only 40 miles from Mt. Hood, with year-round snow on its glacier-glazed peak. Visible from our community, Mt. Hood is incredibly dramatic. The Mt. Hood National Park and local ski areas offer horse-drawn sleigh rides, snowmobiling, dog sledding, cross country skiing and snowshoeing, in addition to the pristine downhill skiing and snowboarding conditions throughout the beautiful Cascade Mountains.

Located on the Tri-Met bus line, Riverbend connects you to all of historic Portland. You're just five miles from major shopping, dining, and entertainment and just minutes away from wooded campgrounds, hiking, hunting and mountain bike trails. Go golfing at a nearby golf course, or take in a Portland Trailblazers game. One hour west and you've reached the majestic Oregon coast, with huge beaches, magnificent sunsets and large monolith rocks in the surf.
