Just 12 miles from the beach, Villa Vista Estates is an 85-unit, family community located in beautiful North San Diego County. Our spacious community center offers a large meeting area, full kitchen with restaurant size stove and oven, billiard room with two pool tables, library, two gas fireplaces, ping pong, air hockey and table soccer. Enjoy our heated swimming pool, spa, gas BBQ, picnic area and a shuffleboard court. For your convenience, we have an on-site laundry room and RV storage area.

Only 30 minutes from historical downtown San Diego, Villa Vista Estates is close to a number of world-famous attractions, such as Legoland, The San Diego Wild Animal Park, SeaWorld, The San Diego Zoo and several casinos. Just minutes away are Oceanside Pier, historical Mission San Luis Rey, Carlsbad Village, Palomar Mountain, Camp Pendleton, Fallbrook and the southern areas of Orange and Riverside counties, San Marcos is home to the famous "Old California Restaurant Row." There you'll find an unforgettable dining experience, from casual American fare to flavorful international cuisine.
