Longhaven Estates is an Active Adult community, which is friendly and quiet and conveniently located across the street from the Maryvale Hospital and many medical offices, including dentists. 

Professionally managed by an on-site management team, our warmhearted neighborhood offers a large community center, game room with two billiards tables and game tables, library, fitness center, two outdoor pool areas, a hot tub, three laundry facilities, a car wash area, and much more. Longhaven Estates also offers many activities such as bingo, karaoke, dancing, cards, potluck dinners, free continental breakfast the first working day of each month, and Activities Club Breakfast one Saturday each month.
