Holiday Palms

THE Place to Live in the East Valley

Fun, Friendly, and Fabulous are the best words to describe the Holiday Palms Mobile Home Park, an Active 55+ community in Mesa’s East Valley near Broadway and Ellsworth. The Holiday Palms residents enjoy outdoor recreational activities all year long, including our lighted tennis court and shuffleboard courts. A private fenced and gated courtyard contains an outdoor heated pool and whirlpool spa surrounded by lounge chairs, recliners and shaded tables.

When the weather gets too hot to handle, come on inside the new clubhouse and enjoy our state of the art fitness center, with True, Schwinn, and Apollo fitness equipment, and free weights.  The billiards room sports four tables with no waiting, and a card room sees a lot of action as well.  Bingo, potluck dinners, coffee days, and the burger bashes all take place in the community meeting room, where we also hold the park-wide events such as dances with live entertainment. The media room has four internet accessible computers, and the walls are filled with books for our honor library readers. The lobby sports a large screen TV, which will also be used this year for our football party.

Enjoy walking or biking along our clean private streets. A full-time maintenance team keeps the community clean and attractive. The community managers are friendly, dedicated associates who strive to maintain Holiday Palms as an excellent place to live and play.
